Levels has a cool tool that shows the approximate PM level mapping across:
- Microsoft
- Amazon
Generally, I find that the levels are correct, but how they overlap with other companies may not be.
For instance, it’s hard for me to imagine a Director at Amazon is considered a lower level than a Director at Facebook.
It’s worth checking out for grins, but I’m hoping they improve the tool in the future.
