Edit page

I’m a big fan of frameworks.

To me, they’re nothing more than a checklist to ensure that you’ve approached a task in a complete and satisfying way.

For product managers, here are the most critical frameworks when approaching:

  1. Innovation

  2. Prioritization

  3. Metrics Definition

  4. Getting Things Done (Execution)

  5. Understanding

  6. Customer Empathy

  7. System Design
