“The new feature decreased Google Finance MAUs by xxx% in March…”

2️⃣   Outline additional options and let them choose (again)

“I hear what you’re saying about option A. Can you consider options B and C…? Now that we have two more options on the table, which one of the three would you choose?

3️⃣   Explain your reasoning

“There are three reasons why we went with option B…”

4️⃣   Explain how you’ll mitigate their concerns

“Yes, there are flaws to option C. However, we can minimize the impact by doing X, Y, and Z…”

5️⃣   Give everyone a last chance to disagree before committing

“Everyone has five more minutes to voice their concerns. Otherwise, we’re going to execute on option
